Application and Related Research on the Psychological Capital Theory in Higher Education Research

Psychological capital refers to a state of positive energy displayed in the heart an individual process self-growth and comprehensive healthy development. Many scholars at home abroad have found through research that psychological capital, as state, plays significant role evaluating regulating college students many aspects, such academic performance, interpersonal relationships, stress relief, mental health, etc. Based on this, article aims draw current relatively mature results theory, deeply systematically analyzes discusses these results, so provide valuable conclusions for in-depth study theory field education.
